FIELD: electroanalytical chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: enantioselective voltammetric sensor according to invention is based on paste electrode from graphitized thermal soot Carboblack C, preliminarily modified by a chiral complex of nickel (II) with a chloride anion based on (S)-(2-aminomethyl)pyrrolidine and 3,5-di-tertbutylsalicylic aldehyde (S)-NiII-Cl, taken at ratio of 1 weight part of complex per 100 weight parts of Carboblack C.

EFFECT: invention enables to determine content of separate enantiomers of optically active substance of pharmaceutical preparations "Naproxen" in model solutions, biological fluids and tabletted forms without preliminary isolation of active substance using voltammetric method.
