FIELD: electrochemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrochemistry and can be used to improve enantioselectivity of recognition and determination of the optically active substance of the drug "Naproxen" in model solutions, as well as biological fluids. Enantioselective composite voltammetric sensor is made from a glass-carbon electrode with a composite chiral modifier deposited on the working surface, consisting of a mixture polyelectrolyte complex chitosan-succinamide of chitosan, betulinic acid and aluminophosphate zeolite AlPO4-11, taken in ratio of 1 ml of mixture of polyelectrolyte complex with betulinic acid to 4 mg of aluminophosphate zeolite.

EFFECT: invention enables to determine in a wide linear range the signal of naproxen enantiomers differentiated by two enantioselectivity parameters (ip1/ip2, ΔEp) due to manifestation of synergetic effect of betulinic acid with aluminophosphate zeolite AlPO4-11, deposited on the surface of the sensor.
