FIELD: analytical chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analytical chemistry, namely to quantitative determination of enantiomers of optically active amino acid – tyrosine in model solutions, tabletted forms, as well as the presence of non-electroactive amino acids included in the composition of sports nutrition. Enantioselective voltammetric sensor is based on a paste electrode of graphitized thermal soot Carboblack C and homochiral zeolite MFI with channel size of about 5.6~7.6 Å, used as a chiral selector, mixed with a paste-forming binder – squalane, taken in ratio Carboblack C/MFI – 1/0.06 g (wt.).
EFFECT: possibility of determining content of individual enantiomers of optically active substance of biologically active additive "Tyrosine".
