FIELD: rolling stock; railway.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the rolling stock of railway transport, in particular to the hydraulic stabilizers of lateral stability of railway cars. Identical left and right hydraulic reversing cylinders are hingedly installed symmetrically along the sides of the car. The upper cavity of the left hydraulic cylinder is connected by a hydraulic line to the lower cavity of the right hydraulic cylinder, and the upper cavity of the right hydraulic cylinder is connected by a hydraulic line to the lower cavity of the left hydraulic cylinder. A device for automatically regulating the pressure of the working fluid depending on the weight of the car is installed in the vertical plane of the car. Two hydraulic cavities of the device, isolated from each other, each communicate with a pressure source and one of the hydraulic lines. The pressure control device is made in the form of a double compensation hydraulic cylinder vertically mounted on hinges between the wheeled bogie frame and the sprung body frame, which includes a rod with two pistons and an elastic element installed in series with the rod in the form of a spacer spring. The spring acts on the rod with the pistons with an elastic force proportional to the actual weight of the payload, ensuring constant rigidity of the hydraulic stabilizer regardless of the size of the payload mass.
EFFECT: pressure regulation device is simplified.
