FIELD: dermatology.
SUBSTANCE: used in cryosurgery when carrying out cryogenic destruction of soft tissue benign exophytic neoplasms of the skin. A benign exophytic neoplasm is captured with two cryoapplicators, 3 mm in diameter, with a cotton tip, with the tips of the cryosticks positioned at an angle of 45° to the surface of the skin. The stalk of the neoplasm is compressed until the tissue is fixed between the cryosticks, after which the cryosticks are brought together so that they become parallel to each other, and the sticks are used to pull the neoplasm away from healthy tissues, maintaining the pressure of the tips on the stalk of the neoplasm, while visually checking the parallelism of the cryosticks, the cryodestruction exposure is 10-20 s.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce trauma to adjacent healthy tissues, remove small tumors, and minimize the risks of scar complications, due to the combination of techniques of the claimed invention.
