FIELD: electronic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: used to establish optimal conditions for the generation of electron beams by solid-state pyroelectric elements. The registration device contains a heating block; a chamber at atmospheric pressure; pyroelectric crystal; copper anode; measuring resistor block; coaxial matching resistor; copper screw; female coaxial connector for transmission lines with a characteristic impedance of 50 Ohms; coaxial cable with a characteristic impedance of 50 Ohms with two male connectors. The chamber is made in the form of a copper hollow cylinder with a coaxially cylindrical pyroelectric crystal and a copper anode placed in it, connected by a cylindrical conductor to a measuring resistor block made in the form of a washer made of one-sided foil fiberglass with soldered chip resistors, connected by a copper screw to a cylindrical contact with a 50 Ohm matching coaxial resistor, the second cylindrical contact of which is connected to the central conductor of the female coaxial connector. The heating block is made in the form of a heat-conducting copper plate with a resistive heating element and a thermocouple connected to a controlled temperature controller with a programmable temperature heating mode. The cooling mode occurs naturally when the heating element is turned off and is controlled by a thermocouple.
EFFECT: reduction in distortions introduced by the electrical current recording circuit during pyroelectric generation in the heating and cooling cycles of lithium niobate crystals.
