SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of X-ray equipment and can be used in portable small-sized X-ray apparatuses, in particular for medicine of disasters, federal emergency management services, for diagnostics and treatment of diseases, as well as in other fields of technology. Device contains at least one additional crystal, above which there is an intermediate electrode, and between the intermediate electrode and the additional crystal there are dielectric inserts. Intermediate electrode is equipped with an electrical switching element with a crystal oriented towards the target.
EFFECT: increased intensity of X-ray radiation.
