FIELD: water treatment.
SUBSTANCE: unit for mixing water in a reverse osmosis system. The unit contains a water supply line having an inlet (9) for connection to the main line of the reverse osmosis system after the pre-treatment unit (2) before the reverse osmosis membrane (4) and an outlet (10) for connection to the permeate output line (5), while the specified water supply line contains a check valve (11) and an adjustable flow limiter (12). The flow limiter (12) contains a cylindrical housing with inlet and outlet openings and a throttle located in the housing. The throttle includes: a bushing holder installed in the housing on the inlet side with the possibility of rotation; a spring-loaded bushing installed in the bushing holder to ensure that the inlet opening of the housing is blocked, equipped with an axial channel for the passage of water and capable of longitudinal movement in the bushing holder relative to the housing; a rod holder installed in the housing on the side of the outlet hole with the possibility of longitudinal movement relative to the housing and connected to the bushing holder by a threaded connection with the ability to set the position of the rod holder in the housing by rotating the bushing holder; a rod, one end of which is rigidly fixed in the rod holder, and the other is placed in the axial channel of the bushing with a radial clearance, making it possible to automatically maintain the pressure value of the output water flow due to the longitudinal movement of the bushing relative to the rod when the pressure of the inlet water flow acting on the bushing changes.
EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of adjustment and automatic maintenance of the specified parameters of the output flow of mixed water in a reverse osmosis system when the input flow pressure changes during operation without complicating the design and process of setting up the mixing unit.
