FIELD: petrochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method for producing membrane materials based on additive norbornenes containing ester fragments, used to separate CO2-containing gas mixtures using the resulting membranes. A method has been proposed for separating CO2-containing gas mixtures, which includes feeding them on one side of a selectively permeable membrane and selecting components penetrating through it on the other. The membrane material used is additive norbornene containing an ester functional group with the general formula:
and characterized by Mn=379⋅103-426⋅103; Mw/Mn=1.24-1.3.
EFFECT: significant increase in CO2 gas permeability, which unexpectedly was not accompanied by a decrease in gas separation selectivity for the CO2/N2 gas pair, significantly higher than the corresponding values of the prototype.
