A particular running portion includes, on a surface of a ground contact patch, a plurality of slits extending in a direction intersecting the longitudinal main grooves and a plurality of narrow grooves extending in a direction intersecting the longitudinal main grooves and having a groove depth of 1.50 mm or less. In the central region in the lateral direction of the tire, sipes and narrow grooves have different directions extending in the circumferential direction of the tire as they extend from one side to the other side in the lateral direction. In both edge regions on the outer side relative to the central region in the lateral direction of the tire, the sipes and narrow grooves have the same direction extending in the circumferential direction of the tire as they extend from one side to the other side in the lateral direction.

EFFECT: improved braking performance on ice and driving performance on snow are achieved.
