FIELD: synthesis of zeolites.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of producing a binder-free crystalline zeolite MCM-22, comprising mixing powdered zeolite MCM-22 with another raw component, moistening obtained mixture, molding granules, drying, hydrothermal crystallisation at high temperature, washing, drying and subsequent calcination of granules, characterized in that as another raw component in the mixture for molding granules, a previously obtained amorphous aluminosilicate with molar ratio SiO2/Al2O3=30 in such an amount that the total weight content of the components in the mixture is: 50–65% of powdered zeolite MCM-22 and 35–50% of amorphous aluminosilicate, the obtained mixture is moistened by adding water, calcination of molded granules is carried out at 550–600 °C for 2–5 hours, hydrothermal crystallisation is carried out from reaction mixtures of the following composition: (2.0–3.0)Na2O·(10–20)R·Al2O3·(40–90)SiO2·(1,200–1,500)H2O, where R is an organic template, at 145±5 °C for 40–48 hours, the obtained granules after double washing with water and drying are calcined at 550–600 °C for 2–5 hours.

EFFECT: obtaining granular zeolite having a high degree of crystallinity and a hierarchical porous structure.
