SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in prosthetics in the absence of teeth in the upper jaw. The undercuts on the cast plaster model are first covered with wax. Clasp wax is placed on the tubercles of the upper jaw, in the torus area and on the palatal folds. Next, the entire model is covered, up to the transitional fold, along the palate with base wax, 2–3 mm thick. Then the entire model is covered with Megatray light-polymer plastic, while the edges along the transition fold are shortened by 3–5 mm in order to apply BisicaFunctional edging material to form a teardrop-shaped edge. Then part of the plastic in the area of the tubercles is removed, while leaving the plastic in the area of line A untouched. A handle is made. The formed individual tray is polymerized with an ultraviolet lamp for 10–15 minutes.
EFFECT: method, by eliminating lateral compression on prosthetic beds in the gum area, makes it possible to improve the quality of manufactured prostheses based on an individual tray.
