FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a liquid dosage form for intranasal administration, intended for the treatment and/or prevention of rhinitis, containing N,N'-bis(2-(1H-imidazol-5-yl)ethyl)malonamide or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt in an effective amount and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient; the pH of the liquid dosage form is 4.5–6.5, it also relates to a method for the treatment and/or prevention of rhinitis, including the administration to a subject requiring it, dosage form and using of a liquid dosage form for the treatment and/or prevention of rhinitis.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides for the expansion of the arsenal of means for the prevention and treatment of rhinitis, including allergic rhinitis; increased efficacy of dosage forms of the present invention in the treatment and prevention of rhinitis, including allergic rhinitis; and improved stability of the dosage forms of the invention.
