SUBSTANCE: invention describes the use of compound 1 or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, hydrate or solvate as a histamine receptor antagonist of the third type. Also disclosed are a pharmaceutical composition containing compound 1, methods for preventing and/or treating a disorder associated with histamine receptor activity of the third type, and using the compound of formula 1.

EFFECT: obtaining an effective histamine receptor antagonist of the third type, characterized by high activity and pharmacokinetic characteristics, allowing to use compound 1 when used for therapy of allergic diseases.
