SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a liquid pharmaceutical composition for treating and/or preventing rhinitis, having a pH in range of 5.0 to 6.5 and containing N,N'-bis[2-(1H-imidazol-4-yl)ethyl]malonamide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, poloxamer and pharmaceutically acceptable excipients, also relates to an aqueous pharmaceutical composition for treating and/or preventing rhinitis, containing N,N'-bis[2-(1H-imidazol-4-yl)ethyl]malonamide or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt in amount of 1–5 wt.%, a preservative in amount of 0.1–1.0 wt.%, poloxamer 407 in amount of 5–18 wt.% and a pH regulator providing a pH value of the composition in range of 5.0 to 6.5, also relates to a medicinal agent for treating and/or preventing rhinitis containing the composition, and also relates to use of the pharmaceutical composition for treating and/or preventing rhinitis.
