FIELD: nuclear reactor.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to a nuclear reactor and means for controlling its core to prevent a boiling crisis. The reactor contains sensors that collect a variety of quantitative parameters characterizing the operation of a nuclear reactor, as well as an information processing unit configured to calculate at least one safety factor before a heat transfer crisis using a deep neural network, as well as calculate deviations between at least one calculated coefficient margin before the heat transfer crisis and a variety of preset reference threshold values. Moreover, this block generates a preliminary control signal for the reactor control system using the calculated deviations. The signal is selected from a list that includes at least the following indicators: automatic shutdown of the reactor or alarm, take no action and generate a control signal for the reactor control system (23) using majority logic, using at least several preliminary control signals.
EFFECT: optimization of load on the computer controls of a nuclear reactor by increasing the efficiency of the stage of checking the correctness of the data and the suitability of the computer equipment.
