SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for the diagnostics of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) with frequent exacerbations. In a patient with COPD with an axial body temperature below 36.9°C with values of peak temperature of exhaled air obtained by measuring over 5 minutes from 34.33°C and above COPD with exacerbations more than 3 times a year is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method allows to perform non-invasive diagnostics of frequent exacerbations of COPD by measuring the peak temperature of exhaled air, which increase from 34.33°C is a marker of local inflammatory process.
