FIELD: binding materials.
SUBSTANCE: used in the construction industry, in particular in the cement production. The binder material includes Portland cement clinker and a sulfate component. Moreover, a mixture consisting of vanadium production waste and sanitary construction ceramics is introduced as a sulfate component, with a component ratio of 2:1, respectively, in an amount of 14.0-16.0 wt.%.
EFFECT: improving the quality of the final product by increasing the compressive strength.
