FIELD: binding materials.
SUBSTANCE: used in the construction industry, in particular in the cement production. The binder includes Portland cement clinker and a sulfate component, and vanadium production waste is introduced as a sulfate component in an amount of 7.5-10.0 wt.% and dispersity 6400 cm2/g.
EFFECT: increasing the physical and mechanical properties while reducing the energy intensity of its production.
