FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: coatings are effective for ensuring of osseointegration of implants with bone tissues and can be used in medicine. The method uses solutions of sodium bicarbonate, and nitrate or calcium chloride in a stoichiometric ratio of reagents 2:1. Titanium products are placed in a reaction mixture after the release of carbon dioxide is started, kept at least 10 minutes after start of the reaction at 20 °C, the films are washed and left for at least a day in contact with a solution of 0.6 M (NH4)2HPO4 then kept for at least one day in 1M solution of Ca(NO3)2 then kept for at least one day in 0.6 M solution of (NH4)2HPO4 then the product is washed with distilled water, dried and immersed in a solution of gelatin and/or chondroitin sulfate.
EFFECT: invention allows to apply coatings on products of any shape, improve adhesion of the applied coatings and to increase their thickness.
