The child's height, weight, body surface area, volumetric parameters of the renal parenchyma of each kidney, the volume of the renal parenchyma per 1.73 m2 are determined, and the glomerular filtration rate of each kidney is measured. Then, based on the obtained indicators, the index of functional capacity of the renal parenchyma (IFCRP) is determined. And according to the IFCRP values, the absence of anatomical and functional disorders of the renal parenchyma, the presence of anatomical and functional disorders of the renal parenchyma of the kidney in the form of hypofiltration and anatomical and functional disproportion, the presence of anatomical and functional disorders of the renal parenchyma in the form of hyperfiltration and anatomical and functional disproportion are determined.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase the accuracy and reliability of the assessment of anatomical and functional disorders of the renal parenchyma by individually determining the function of a cubic centimeter of the renal parenchyma of each kidney, taking into account the anthropometric characteristics of the development of a child of a certain age.
