SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for complex purification of drainage and waste waters using fertilizer irrigation and land drainage, as well as for monitoring the state of groundwater during irrigation. According to the method, the length of straight discharge collector 1 is divided into a number of short accumulating sections, located one below the other and equipped with retaining partitioning water overflow structures 7, and represents a cascade, a constructive control system with multi-stage purification through high-stemmed higher aquatic vegetation. In this case, in each accumulating area, the root system is flooded during the growing season. The partitioning water overflow structures are made in the form of box 7, installed with the possibility of forced movement along guides inclined to the horizon, and provide the ability to take water and drain it beyond the boundaries of collector 1 divided into sections, automatically discharge water from the upper pool level and at the same time flood the high-stemmed higher water vegetation with retaining water overflow box 7 with a height equal to 1.5-2.0 of the optimal depth of growth of aquatic vegetation for collector 1, made in plane in straight sections with its slopes along the flow of water.
EFFECT: use of the invention increases the efficiency of treatment, reliability of operation and stabilization of the throughput of the structure by creating optimal conditions for the existence of biogeocenoses of aquatic vegetation, as well as constant aeration of the treated waters.
