FIELD: peat.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to production of peat, namely to work on remediation of peat bogs, and, in particular, to watering of worked-out peatlands. Method of supplying local waters for watering the developed peatlands consists in creating the use of water from an accessible source, moving it to the flooded areas of the worked peat bog and creating conditions for the source, which runs along the slope of the terrain. Water source is the area of the stream channel. Moreover, the source is further divided in the middle part of a bulk embankment into independent channels, the initial sections of which are connected with the upper tail, and the end sections – with the main sites of the peat deposit development. In this case, the end portion of each channel is made in the plan, tapering from the upper tail to the tailrace with a knee-shaped turn of not less than 180° in relation to the initial section. Intercept the flooded section of the canal in the form of a floodplain. At the same time, in each channel, a partitioning water-transfer structure is placed in the form of a box from the side of the tailrace. At the same time, a partitioning water-repellent structure in the form of a box with the possibility of taking water out of the floodplain is carried out with automatic discharge of water at the level of the upper tail and flooding the area of the worked peatland to its estimated filling.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in efficiency of work on watering the developed peatlands by regulating the flow of water.
