FIELD: natural gas production.

SUBSTANCE: improving the quality of preparation of compressed natural gas in the absence of the possibility of cooling the gas when the booster complex operates in the summer. The method includes, at the first stage, supplying gas to a gas separator unit with a washing section, followed by gas removal to the absorber unit. At the second stage in the absorber unit, the gas is dried due to contact with regenerated diethylene glycol, saturated diethylene glycol is removed from the absorber unit to the regeneration system, the dried gas is removed to the measuring point and then into the main gas pipeline, the regenerated diethylene glycol is additionally sent to the gas separator unit with a washing section, and saturated diethylene glycol from the bottom part of this unit is discharged into the regeneration system, while at the outlet of the dried gas from the absorber unit and at the outlet from the integrated gas treatment unit, the water dew point temperature is determined and, based on the data obtained, the supply of regenerated diethylene glycol to the washing section of the gas separator unit is adjusted. The supply of regenerated diethylene glycol to the washing section of the gas separator unit is carried out in a volume of 0.56 to 1 m3/h. Regenerated diethylene glycol is supplied to the absorber unit in a volume of 1 to 2 m3/h.

EFFECT: improving the quality of gas drying in the hot summer period in conditions of declining production when operating a booster compressor station, compliance with the requirement for water dew point temperature in the summer, which should not exceed -14°C.
