USE OF INERT GAS TO INCREASE FIBROBLAST PROLIFERATION AND COLLAGEN PRODUCTION UNDER UV IRRADIATION Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC G09B23/28 A61N5/06

Abstract RU 2809133 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to increase the proliferation of fibroblasts in culture and collagen production in vitro. Applications include the use of an inert gas, wherein xenon or krypton is used as the inert gas. The use of an inert gas according to the claimed invention is also possible when exposed to ultraviolet irradiation.

EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to achieve an increase in cell proliferation and expression of collagen synthesis genes.
