SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and represents a method for producing cartilage-like structures. Method includes the following stages: a) obtaining a monolayer culture of induced pluripotent human stem cells; b) differentiation of the obtained monolayer culture; c) cultivation; d) adding to the monolayer culture medium with further incubation of the monolayer culture until spherical aggregates are obtained; e) culturing the obtained spherical aggregates in a medium and under dynamic conditions, including orbital 3D shaker.

EFFECT: present invention provides a novel method of producing cartilage-like tissue, eliminating the disadvantages of existing methods.
