SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for filling containers with a single dose composition containing mannitol or consisting of mannitol in powder form. A method of filling containers with mannitol or a composition that contains mannitol in powder form includes grinding a cohesive mass of mannitol powder to obtain a ground mass from the cohesive mass and filling a plurality of containers with the ground mass. The stage of grinding the sticky mass is performed using centrifugal force, carried out using a drum centrifugal screen, in which the bulk density of the sticky mass is less than the bulk density of the crushed mass.
EFFECT: invention helps to prevent complicated handling and complicated packaging of mannitol powder in a storage container before use.
