FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: development of pulsed electrical energy converters as a driver for controlling a power transistor. The technical result is achieved by introducing into the driver circuit an additional locking pulse shaper built on a comparator, an additional locking transformer connected to it and a bit switch. The essence of the invention is illustrated in Fig. 1, which shows an electrical diagram of a power transistor control device.
EFFECT: use in devices containing a power MOS transistor, which requires galvanic isolation of the power part and the control system and a fill factor of over 80%.
