FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular to the development of pulse converters of electrical energy as a power transistor control driver. Result is achieved by the fact that a power transistor control device with a differential link on a p-channel transistor is proposed, in which an additional blocking pulse generator is introduced, which is built on a circuit with a p-channel transistor in the primary winding of the transformer.
EFFECT: improvement of overall dimensions owing to exclusion of an additional power supply, expansion of the duty cycle due to a wider threshold of operation of the MOS transistor in comparison with the comparator and expansion of the field of application of the driver due to the increased duty cycle.
