SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the manufacture of rolled metal for power engineering and nuclear power plant equipment. A method for producing cold-deformed pipes from austenitic stainless steel of type “08Х18Н10Т” includes heating a workpiece with a mass fraction of carbon not exceeding 0.04% and titanium from 5C to 0.4% to a temperature in the range from 1200 to 1280°C, hot deformation and cooling of the conversion pipe. Cold deformation is carried out with a force at which the degree of deformation according to Mises is 0.20-1.05 and is calculated using a mathematical formula, heat treatment is carried out with heating in the temperature range from 900 to 1080°C, exposure, ensuring the formation of a fine-grained recrystallized microstructure along the thickness of the pipe wall, and subsequent cooling in water or air.
EFFECT: ensuring the formation of a fine-grained recrystallized microstructure, increased resistance to intergranular corrosion and mechanical properties at elevated temperatures.
