SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. Wireless communication method includes receiving, by a terminal device from a network device, a first bit matrix used to indicate a resource associated with a time domain assigned to a terminal device by a network device in a first resource block associated with the frequency domain; and implementing terminal device data transmission using a network device in a resource associated with the time domain indicated by the first bitmap.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to improve the flexibility of dispatching a time domain.
