FIELD: vehicle.

SUBSTANCE: testing of current collectors for a vehicle. A device for testing contact inserts of electric rolling stock current collectors contains a motor, the shaft of which is in contact with a wheel located between the support crossbars. Spokes are attached to the wheel, on which, using clamps and springs, a contour of a contact wire is fixed, in contact with the surface of a radially oriented test contact insert. The end of the motor shaft is rigidly attached to the center of the wheel. The contact insert is rigidly fixed on the upper surface of the runner, the lower surface of which is located in radial guides rigidly attached to the support. One end of the runner is in contact with the side surface of the eccentric, the shaft of which is rigidly connected to the shaft of the auxiliary vertical motor. A return spring is attached to the other end of the runner at one end, the opposite end of which is rigidly fixed to the support.

EFFECT: increasing the reliability of the test results.
