SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to treat habitual anteroinferior shoulder dislocation in children using the autotenon of the palmaris longus muscle. The autotendon is harvested and arthroscopic repair of the damaged shoulder joint is performed. Using Vicril 4/0 threads, the autotendon of the palmaris longus muscle is augmented. When performing arthroscopic plasty of the articular lip of the scapula, a bed is prepared in the area of the anterior and anterior-inferior parts of the hypoplastic articular lip of the scapula. The augmented autotendon of the palmaris longus muscle is implanted into the bed and fixed with biodegradable anchors.

EFFECT: method provides the opportunity to stabilize the shoulder joint and restore its anatomy through implantation of the augmented autotendon of the palmaris longus muscle into the damaged area and its subsequent fixation with biodegradable anchors.
