FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: chemistry of complex compounds of copper acetylides, namely a method for preparing complex compounds of copper acetylides with alkaline earth metal halides of the general formula R-C≡C-Cu⋅3МХ2, where R is alkyl, aryl, M=Mg, Ca, X=Cl, Br, J. The method involves boiling a mixture of copper acetylide with an anhydrous halide of an alkaline earth element in anhydrous 1,4-dioxane under anhydrous conditions and the molar ratio of copper acetylide:alkaline earth metal halide = 1:3, followed by filtration and drying of the complex under anhydrous conditions.
EFFECT: anhydrous 1,4-dioxane is used as a solvent, which makes it possible to obtain individual complex compounds of copper acetylenides with alkaline earth metal halides in solid form and to expand the functionality of complex compounds of copper acetylenides.
