FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing binders and can be used in production of construction materials and construction. Method of producing binder involves mixing and joint grinding of portland cement and industrial wastes, wherein industrial wastes used are vanadium production wastes in amount of 7.5–10.0 wt.%, which is ground together with portland cement to specific surface area of 6,400 cm2/g to obtain particles with size of 3.4–3.6 mcm with addition of superplasticiser Melflux 1641 in excess of 100 % — 0.16 %.
EFFECT: obtaining a binder with improved strength properties while reducing power consumption during its production.
