FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to various mixing with rotating mixing elements in stationary tanks and is intended to form an air-oil emulsion in the engine crankcase in order to ensure better pumpability and reduce the viscosity of the engine oil for preparing the cold start of the engine. The air-oil mixing module for preparing the cold start of an internal combustion engine is made in the form of a device consisting of a high-speed traction electric motor and a mixing working element made in the form of a bevel gear with a circular tooth, mounted on the central shaft of a high-speed electric motor and secured with a threaded nut, an electric motor controller with a timer that provides the ability to connect a manual control mode combined with the vehicle's electrical network, whereas a bevel gear with a circular tooth is fixed in the engine oil pan in a semi-submersible state in front of the oil intake so that the central shaft is not immersed in engine oil, on the central shaft of a high-speed electric motor, passing through a specially drilled mounting hole in the profile surface of the oil pan, two oil seal rings are located, and the high-speed electric motor is placed in a groove-type bracket with threaded ends, fixed by spot welding on the surface of the engine pan, and pressed by an end cover with holes through which threaded ends of the bracket, secured with threaded nuts.

EFFECT: formation of a saturated air-oil emulsion in the engine sump, reducing viscosity and achieving better pumpability of engine oil in the oil system for preparing a cold engine start, increasing the reliability and stability of starting an internal combustion engine at low ambient temperatures.
