FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to various technological processes, namely to mixing by rotating mixing elements in fixed tanks, and is intended for formation of air-oil emulsion in engine crankcase in order to provide better pumpability and reduction of viscosity of engine oil for preparation of engine cold start. Combined mixing module for preparing the cold start of an internal combustion engine is made in the form of a device consisting of an electric motor, traction high-speed electric motor, main mixing working member, made in the form of a bevel gear with a circular tooth, mounted on the central shaft of the high-speed electric motor and fixed by a threaded nut, secondary mixing member, identical to the main mixing member, also made in the form of a bevel gear with a circular tooth, installed opposite the main mixing working member in a bracket with a bearing on the inner shaped part of the engine oil pan, an electric motor controller with a timer providing the possibility of connecting a manual control mode, combined with the vehicle electrical network, at that, the bevel gear with a circular tooth of the main mixing working member is fixed in the engine oil pan in a semi-submerged state in front of the oil intake so that the central shaft is not immersed in the engine oil, secondary mixing working member is also fixed in semi-submersible state and freely rotates on bracket bearing, on the central shaft of the high-speed electric motor passing through a specially drilled mounting hole in the shaped surface of the oil pan, there are two gland sealing rings, and the high-speed electric motor is placed in a chute-type bracket with threaded ends, fixed by a point welding method on the surface of the engine pan, and pressed by end cover with holes through which threaded ends of bracket pass, fixed by threaded nuts.
EFFECT: formation of a saturated air-oil emulsion in the engine pan, reducing viscosity and achieving better pumpability of engine oil in the oil system for preparing the cold start of the engine, higher reliability and stability of ICE starting at low ambient temperatures.
