FIELD: performing operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to various technological processes, namely to mixing with rotating mixing elements in fixed tanks, and is intended for the formation of a saturated air-oil emulsion, separation of water from drops of engine oil in engine crankcase in order to provide better pumpability and reduction of viscosity of engine oil for preparation of engine cold start. Electric drive mixing module with additional separation for preparation of cold start of internal combustion engine contains traction high-speed electric motor (1), mixing tool (2) made in the form of a conical gear with a circular tooth and an electric motor controller with a timer. Mixing tool (2) is made in the form of a light bevel gear made by 3D printing, with a circular tooth and through separation holes.
EFFECT: preparation of cold start of engine, improvement of reliability and stability of ICE start, as well as increase of ICE service life in conditions of low ambient temperatures.
