FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: extraction, concentration and drying complex contains an extraction module with at least two extractors arranged to operate in series or in parallel, a concentration module containing at least two concentrators arranged to operate in series or in parallel, a vacuum module, condensation system, drying module and operator panel. Moreover, the vacuum module provides a vacuum-pulse operating mode for extractors at a temperature in the extractor of 35-45°C, degassing mode during concentration and two-stage vacuum during degassing and drying processes. The condensation system ensures regeneration of the extractant up to 90-95%. The drying module provides a product with a dry matter content of 94-96%. The operator panel provides control and management of the complex.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the efficiency of the complex, reducing the time of technological processes, reducing extractant losses, increasing the efficiency of extraction and concentration, and automating processes.
