FIELD: plasma processing.
SUBSTANCE: device for producing a flow of cold plasma for surface treatment. The cold plasma generator contains a cylindrical body made of an insulator, located in a protective metal casing, and a cover made of an insulator. Inside the insulator housing, two mesh metal electrodes are installed, one of which is connected to a current supply made of a copper tube, which acts as a gas conduit.
EFFECT: obtaining a flow of cold plasma for processing a large surface area with high productivity, increasing the efficiency of the cold plasma generator and its service life, reducing the size and weight of the device.
