SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a kit comprising oligonucleotide primers and a probe for detecting fragment of 23S rRNA gene of Enterococcaceae bacteria by real-time PCR. Kit can be used to determine the presence or absence of bacteria of the Enterococcaceae family in samples of food raw materials, food products, from animals (faeces), from environmental objects (washes from cages, walls, equipment, faeces samples, bedding, etc.), without a step for isolating bacterial isolates, as well as for pure bacterial cultures.

EFFECT: invention enables to identify fragment of 23S rRNA gene of Enterococcaceae bacteria, which is ensured by high specificity of the selected oligonucleotides.
