FIELD: disinfection.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a paste for disinfecting substrates made from contaminated solid materials and a method for disinfecting contaminated substrates. A disinfecting paste is proposed containing: from 20 to 70 wt.%, based on the total weight of the paste, of at least one inorganic thickener selected from clays, wherein said inorganic thickener is in the form of particles of micron and/or nanoscale size; at least one compound in the form of fibres and a solvent - the rest. A method for disinfecting a substrate made of solid material is also proposed, including: applying the specified paste to the surface of the substrate; keeping the paste on the surface for a certain time; and removal of dry and solid residue containing contaminating particles.
EFFECT: invention allows disinfection of all types of materials, and also provides better internal cohesion of the paste without changing its advantageous properties of disinfection and drying, in particular, the paste can be held on a vertical wall without sagging, and after drying, solid, non-powdery waste is always formed.
