FIELD: additive manufacturing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a stereolithographic additive manufacturing device, in which the component carrier contains a structural surface on which the component to be manufactured is located during operation of the manufacturing device. The invention further relates to a manufacturing system having one or more workstations for washing and/or drying and/or further curing a component. The invention also relates to a method for further processing of a component manufactured according to an additive manufacturing process. The stereolithographic additive manufacturing device contains: a resin bath and a spatially resolved exposure device; a self-contained transportable module that contains: a component carrier that contains a structural surface on which a component to be manufactured can be located during operation of a stereolithographic additive manufacturing device, and a sealing surface that radially surrounds the structural surface. The device contains a container that includes a sealing surface. The component carrier is adapted to be placed on a container as a lid along with an attached additively manufactured component to cover and also close and seal the container. The sealing surface of the component carrier, together with the sealing surface of the container, is further adapted to fit tightly together to prevent leakage of the photoreactive resin, flushing fluid, and UV radiation from the container. The container is attached adjacent to the additive manufacturing device and is removable from the additive manufacturing device. The additive manufacturing device further comprises: a transport device, wherein the component carrier is releasably connected to the transport device. On the side facing away from the structural surface, the component carrier includes a mechanical interface adapted for releasable connection to a transport device of an additive manufacturing device or a post-processing workstation. The mechanical interface is formed by a slot that contains undercuts for corresponding projections or retractable jaws of the clamping device or for a connecting element on the movable arm of the transport device.
