FIELD: body cleaning and additional exposure systems.

SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to a system and method for cleaning and additional exposure of a body made by the additive manufacturing method from a substance cured by radiation. The system contains a cleaning tank for cleaning the body and/or an exposure chamber for additional body exposure. The system additionally contains a transport device having a drive for moving the extension platform relative to the cleaning tank and/or exposure chamber. The transport device contains a force sensor. The force sensor is configured to capture the force acting on the extension platform and provide a force signal, and is connected to a processing unit to control the drive and/or output process parameters based on the force signal. As part of the method, the body on the build-up platform is moved relative to the cleaning tank and/or exposure chamber by a transport device containing a drive. During and/or after cleaning and/or additional exposure, the force acting on the extension platform is captured using a force sensor providing a force signal, and a processing unit connected to the force sensor controls the drive and/or outputs a process variable based on the force signal.

EFFECT: creation of a system and method for cleaning and additional exposure of a body made by the additive manufacturing method from a substance cured by radiation.
