SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to close tunnels in the femur and tibia with an autograft from the iliac crest. From a 3 cm long incision using a chisel and a hammer, a bone fragment is taken from the wing of the ilium, the size of which is determined according to the size of bone defects in the femur and tibia using standardized meters. Using an oscillating saw, a fragment from the wing of the ilium is divided into two bars, and the bone block is ground down to the required diameter using cutters. A bone dowel is formed. The bone chips remaining after processing are placed in a plastic tube. After removing the remnants of the graft and its fixatives from the tunnels, curettage of the walls is performed until bleeding appears. Through the anteromedial arthroscopic port, a tube with bone chips is brought to the aperture of the defect. Using a piston, the crumbs are immersed into the defect. A bone dowel is brought to the aperture of the defect and driven into the defect. Excess bone chips are removed with a shaver.

EFFECT: method ensures tight placement of the graft in the tunnel due to the precision placement of bone autograft from the ilium.
