BURNER Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC F23D17/00

Abstract RU 2810856 C1

FIELD: energy.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for burning gaseous and liquid fuels. The burner device comprises a housing 1 in the form of a cylindrical pipe with a spray nozzle 17 made in the form of a diffuser nozzle and a central fuel supply pipe 2 installed coaxially with the housing 1, which passes into the diffuser nozzle 1, and internal pipes 4, 8, forming annular fuel supply channels and an oxidizing agent. The internal profile of the central pipe 2 is made in the form of a Laval nozzle with a confuser, a neck and a diffuser, with l ≥ 2 d, where l is the length of the neck, d is the diameter of the neck, and two internal pipes are installed coaxially with the body 1 and the central pipe 2: the first is internal pipe 4, forming the first internal annular channel 5 for supplying gas fuel with a pipe 6, passing into the first diffuser annular slot nozzle 7, and the first internal annular channel 5 is formed by the outer wall of the central pipe 2 and the inner wall of the first inner pipe 4, the second inner pipe 8, forming a second internal annular channel 9 for supplying gas fuel with a pipe 10, which passes into the second diffuser annular slot nozzle 11, and the second internal annular channel 9 is formed by the outer wall of the first inner pipe 4 and the inner wall of the second inner pipe 8, and by the outer wall of the second inner pipe 8 and the inner wall of the housing 1 forms an external annular channel 12 for supplying the oxidizer with a pipe 13, which passes into a conical slot nozzle 14, whereas all pipes are installed relative to the housing 1 configured for axial movement so that the jets of gas fuels emanating from the first diffuser annular slot nozzle 7 and the second diffuser annular slot nozzle 11 are tangentially adjacent to the inner surface of the diffuser nozzle 17 of the burner device.

EFFECT: improved quality of fuel combustion.
