SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for personalized selection of antiparasitic therapy in patients with liver echinococcosis. Genetic testing of polymorphism of cytochromes P450 CYP2J2 rs890293, CYP3A4*22, CYP3A5*3 A6986G is carried out using the polymerase chain reaction method in real time with allele-specific hybridization. If a combination of genotypes CA CYP2J2 rs890293, CC CYP3A4*22 and AA CYP3A5*3 A6986G genotypes is detected, antiparasitic therapy is selected with a reduction in the dose of albendazole.
EFFECT: method ensures a reduction in the frequency and severity of the development of drug-induced hepatitis in patients with liver echinococcosis by reducing the dose of albendazole in the case of identifying a combination of genotypes CA CYP2J2 rs890293, CC CYP3A4*22 and AA CYP3A5*3 A6986G.
