FIELD: horizontal clamp-type connection systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for sealing connections of various pipe products, including pipelines. The sealing ring for connecting two metal tubular products includes an annular sealing element configured to be located in the internal recess of the connection of two metal tubular products and contact with the outer edges with their surfaces, and an outer fastening protrusion on the annular sealing element. Along the circumference of the outer fastening protrusion there are outer radially bent parts configured for their geometric closure in an annular groove on the inner surface of one of the connected metal pipe products, which serves to form an internal recess. The annular sealing element and the outer fastening protrusion with outer radially bent parts are made of metal and have a silver outer coating.
EFFECT: eliminating the migration of the material of the sealing ring and tubular products, reducing abrasion and increasing the sealing of their detachable connection, as well as simplifying the installation and dismantling of the sealing ring.
