SUBSTANCE: invention concerns new peptides. The claimed peptides are characterized by high antibacterial activity with a broad spectrum of action and are promising for use in the treatment of infectious diseases in a subject caused by a bacterial infection, including diseases caused by antibiotic-resistant (including multi-resistant) bacterial strains.
EFFECT: compounds of the invention are characterized by the ability to inhibit pathogen strains, including pathogen strains that are not sensitive to commonly used medicinal products, in particular carbapenem-resistant bacterial isolates.
