There are also created an antibacterial composition, a drug and a method for treating diseases caused by bacteria Acinetobacter baumannii, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Escherichia coli, using modified endolysin polypeptide.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides the creation of an effective agent having bactericidal action on gram-negative bacteria of the species Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter baumannii and Escherichia coli, including those having multiple antibiotic resistance.
